NEW COLLEGE MANDALA

This 6 petal flower design is based on the twin mantra of creating a world that is more just, sacred and sustainable, through a program emphasizing culture, ecology and community. Notice how these words compliment each other, and together give rise to a feeling of wholeness.

ASTROLOGICAL MANDALA

This circular design shows all 12 signs of the zodiac as a complete whole. It also shows the animal associated with each sign as well as the specific attributes of those animals. Each sign represents a particular way of being and doing.

GREEK FOUR ELEMENTS

This square and diamond design shows how the 4 elements of Aristotelian science emerge for the 2 most basic measures of climate: temperature and humidity. This system is utilized extensively by biodynamic farmers.

CHINESE FIVE ELEMENTS

This pentagon and pentagram design displays the dynamic relationship between the 5 elements of Feng Shui practice. The blue arrows show a process of accumulation, while the red arrows indicate the path of control.
